Creating ITP with Multiple Locations

Here we will show you how to record and manage ITPs for multiple locations.
Where there is one common ITP in multiple locations, you can assign and manage ITPs across multiple areas in one entry. 

From Home, select Site Manager.



Tap the + button.



The New Issue Page will appear.
Defect category and Medium priority will be selected by default. 
  1. You can select a different category from the dropdown list.
  2. You can tap the radio buttons to change the priority. 
From the category dropdown list, select ITP and tap Apply

  

Tap Add attachments and you can select from the list below.
Adding attachments are optional.
For this example, we will select Smart Form. 

  

A list of forms will be displayed, tap on the desired form. 
It will automatically attach to the ITP. 

  

If you would like to record one common ITP in multiple locations, tap the location dropdown. 
A list of locations will be displayed. 
You can do this for location and sub locations. 



You can either select multiple locations by tapping the checkbox inline with the location
or select all locations by tapping the checkbox located on the top left.

Once all fields have been completed, tap Save



A confirmation prompt will appear, input the code shown and tap Submit
Ticking 'Create QR Locations' will generate a QR Code for each ITP in QR Locations.



You are given 2 options; save and save + send.
Save + send will notify the assigned user by email.
Tap Confirm to save the ITP. 



A prompt will appear to let you know the ITP has been saved successfully.
You can either choose to Create a new ITP or back to Site Manager.
