Copy a Previous Site Diary

Commnia Site Diaries lets you copy a previous Site Diary in order to save valuable time. 

From Home, select Site Diary.



Tap the + button to create a new Site Diary entry.



The date of the New Site Diary you wish to create (the current date will be automatically displayed, however, you are able to edit this if needed).



Select the date of a previous Site Diary you wish to copy.
Dates with a orange dot suggests a Site Diary has been recorded on that date. 
Tap Select once the date has been selected. 



After both dates are correct, tap Copy.
You will be taken to your new Site Diary which has been successfully copied. 



Tap on each of the headings to enter/view further information. 
Only Labour, Trade Attendance & Other Attendance details will be copied.
