A confidential email means (Private = True) and (Collaboration = False)
You can set up any email category as a confidential email. To do this follow the steps below:
Guest users have been added to the system automatically from the sign-on app.
This allows site managers to quickly send Induction forms to users
Guest users do not belong to a company, once they are inducted, they are moved to their corresponding company.
Whilst the user is a guest user, you may only send them confidential emails.
This ensures the emails are only visible to the recipient in the "To", CC's, BCC's and the sender.
If the email is sent to more than one recipient in "To"
The recipients in "To" will not see each other, they will only see the CC.
