For security and privacy reasons, user accounts are controlled by the Builder’s company.
For access to projects or documents, you will need to contact the Builder’s company directly. Only they can give you access to this information.
When you are first assigned to a project, an account will be automatically created for you by the Builder. You will receive an email with your Commnia username, and a link to set up your password. You will then be able to access Commnia.
Once you have accessed Commnia, check that you have been given access to the correct projects by selecting your project from the list.
If the project or documents are not appearing, contact the Builder to request access to this.
