How to Enable Automatic Sign-Out

With Commnia, you can automatically mark users as signed out after a set period when they sign in using a QR code. This feature ensures accurate tracking of site attendance, even if users forget to manually sign out.

You must be a system administrator to access this

Go to Project Register in the Main Menu

Choose your Project and select the Geofencing Tab

Geofencing is a location-service which uses a virtual perimeter to detect whenever a user enters or exits the worksite, this will be recorded in Site Diary.

The perimeter will automatically be located based on your project address.

You will have the ability to:

Manual Sign Out - Allow Users to manually sign out via the app

Auto Sign Out - Set a predefined time where all users are signed out of the site

Geolocation Sign Out - Allow for automatic sign outs when users leave the perimeter set in the map

Move the perimeter to any location desired, once you have chosen the desired location click Save.

Geolocation Sign Out is dependent on the user accepting location settings on their mobile device
