Fix App Not Loading or Unresponsive Issues | Commnia Mobile Troubleshooting

Why is the Commnia app not loading or freezing? | App

If the Commnia App isn't loading your projects or becomes unresponsive, the cause is almost always an outdated phone operating system. Try these steps before contacting support.

Why is this happening?

Commnia is built to run on current versions of Android and iOS. If your phone's operating system is out of date, the app may fail to load projects, freeze, or crash — even if everything else on your phone seems fine.

Step 1: Update your phone's operating system

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap General
  3. Tap Software Update
  4. If an update is available, tap Download and Install
  5. Restart your phone once the update finishes

Android

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap System (or About phone, depending on your device)
  3. Tap System update (or Software update)
  4. If an update is available, tap Download and Install
  5. Restart your phone once the update finishes

After updating, reopen Commnia and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 2: Uninstall and reinstall the app

If updating your phone doesn't fix the issue, try a clean reinstall:

  1. Press and hold the Commnia App icon
  2. Select Uninstall (Android) or Delete App (iPhone)
  3. Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
  4. Search for Commnia and reinstall it
  5. Log back in and check if your projects load correctly

Note: If your phone's operating system is still out of date, reinstalling the app may not fix the problem. Step 1 is the fix that resolves this issue in most cases — please complete it first.
