Inbox - Ability to soft delete conversations or replies

Request: The ability to soft delete conversations or replies. Deleted emails will appear in the deleted folder.
Users part of the conversation will be advised that it has been deleted. Any new replies will not be accepted.
Only the conversation or reply owner can delete the item. In addition, a reason must be provided which will be used to notify all parties involved.
An option to restore will also be available.
Current System: The system currently does not allow soft deletes of emails and uses Closed instead.
Reason for Request: Using closed is not enough to differentiate when a conversation or reply should not exist. Especially in the case of mistakes.
